It is very important to templatize things and define some good practices when there are many Business Analysts involved in a project. We faced this problem. In my last project we had a global team of 10 BAs and everyone had their own way of writing requirement. We soon realized that there is an immediate need of harmonization between the BAs and to establish a common understanding on what a user story is and how they should be written. The outcome was a beautiful user story template and some of the best practices which helped a lot during the following sprints and subsequent releases of the project.
